“Had a great time just relaxing in this beautiful area. Cottage was clean, comfortable, and had everything you could want for your stay! Area is close to dining and shops in Montecito and in a lovely residential neighborbood. Hope to go back soon!”

“The title pretty sums it up. It is a great property and we had a fun time and enjoyed our stay. Only negatives were that the bed is not very comfortable, and also the sound proofing is not very good so unless you have a fan on or something you'll be able to hear traffic and trains throughout the night. ”

“Enjoyed my stay at the cottage. The property is really unique, surrounded on all sides by the avocado grove, with views of the ocean and an abundance of wildflowers. Felt safe and secure and the host is so kind and considerate. If you love buying produce from local producers and fresh fish straight off the boat, Goleta is a great place to visit.”

“The place is wonderful! Two of us best friends had a get away for Easter week and it was so relaxing. Tom and Eileen left a plate of fresh-baked goodies and a chilled bottle of wine for us, then a few days later a cute carton of fresh-laid eggs. We felt so pampered! The weather was constantly shifting, but we found the property allowed for everything. We really liked the bird-feeder, and sweeping views. Pool and spa were lovely. So easy, and the hosts seemed very amenable. Will visit again!”

“My wife and I really liked this property because of the fenced in yard with hot tub and putting greens. Given we had two kids under 3, they needed to be able to run when we were there. My three year old loved calling the loft his bedroom! Would stay there again.”

“This house has a great location, walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops and just a few minutes from the beach. The beds were very comfortable and the house had everything you need for stay. We happened to stay during a heat wave and found that it took quite awhile for the PLUG- IN AC to cool place off. The owner also requested us to turn this off while we were not in the home, texting us about it during our stay to remind us. This was a little frustrating as we booked this home...
