“Smooth check in, clean and well equipped accommodation, secure off street parking. very narrow driveway and tricky to park. Can be in a situation when you could be blocked in. Beware if you are driving a large vehicle ”

“The little cottage was very clean and in a great location. Would definitely stay again. For us there weren't any paper products except TP. Tissues or paper towels would have been welcome. Also, the bed is quite soft, but it just added to the snuggles. ”

“Three coulples shared this house for a music convention being held at the nearby Pasadena Civic Auditorium and it was a great solution for our 4 night stay. Each room was well decorated, the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were sufficient for our needs. The living room was a bit small for the 6 of us but we made it work. “Larry was very polite and welcoming and the bungalow was perfect for our 3 night stay for the Rose Bowl festivities! We were only a couple of miles from the Rose Parade and Rose Bowl stadium. The bungalow was spotless, well stocked and most importantly cozy and quiet, allowing a nice place to relax between our busy activities. It rained a LOT, but didn’t impact the quality of our stay. We hope to return when there is some of that famous Southern California sunshine. Go IU! ”

“Our adult son stayed in this unit during Thanksgiving while we (parents) stayed in the upstairs unit. It worked out very well. We were asked to rate the pool, but we are not aware of any pool here. It is most curious! There is no NA category, so I put a 1 since every question requires an answer of some kind. ”
