“Perfect location for a night on the town. Steps to the Monon trail and everything the design district has to offer!”

“Clean, quiet and comfortable! We enjoyed our stay here and were utterly delighted by the surroundings. Lots of great restaurants nearby! Thank you for the pleasant stay, we will be back!”

“We really enjoyed our stay and the house was as described and shown in pictures. Hot tub was clean and warm and we had the perfect night for it! Thank you again ”

“Host was terrific, very helpful and kind.”

“Beautiful property and great host!”

“Great place and close by to everything we needed for our stay.”

“This place is an adorable little spot for a stop. We loved the location and the place was clean and quiet.”

“We had a great experience! The house was super cozy and very clean. It was also well stocked with anything you might need - kitchen supplies, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, blankets, games, etc.! Kim is a great host, too! She was very communicative and made everything a breeze. A big plus was that our doggies loved the fenced in backyard. To sum it up, it felt like a home away from home! We’ll definitely be back :)”

“Good for groups, nice fenced back yard, well equipped kitchen”

“Collyn was responsive to my questions before and after booking. The house is great -- even nicer than the photos -- and worked perfectly for us. More space than we really needed (just my husband and me, so we only used one bedroom), but we brought our dog, so the large fenced yard (also accessible from the sliding door in the bedroom) was fabulous. We had events to attend in downtown Carmel, and it was an easy 10 minute drive. Nice touches like leaving snacks and bottled water. I hope to rent...

“Excellent spot for one family of 4-6 looking for comfortable accommodation for sporting event at nearby facilities. This unit had zero lists of chores for us to do. Thank you, and we clean up anyway. The batting cage is basically just a net, but who cares… the place was perfect for our recuperation needs.”

“Property was as advertised.”

“We really enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for our group of parents and teenage boys playing at a tournament in Grand Park. We loved the location and being able to walk to several restaurants and coffee shops. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay—paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, shampoo/conditioner, hair dryers, etc were all available.”

“Great location and a very nice house! Worked very well for all our activities in Indy.”

“Effortless is an understatement- everything was clean, organized and smooth. Communication from the host was a 10/10x 100% will stay here again - thank you!”

“Cute house in walking distance to multiple restaurants with a great coffee shop right across the street! We were in town for a softball tournament & our girls enjoyed hanging out at the library a block away! We love this area!”

“Cute little side by side! We loved it. Quiet, clean and amazing communication from the owner!! Would definitely book again. Description says 15 minutes from Ruoff, it was actually 35 minutes. But overall was EXTREMELY happy with this rental ”

“Great place!! Easy to get to, great communication as to parking, expectations, etc.The kitchen and living room were great for our needs, especially the large kitchen table. It was nice having the living room area and bathroom in the basement, as well as the three bedrooms and bathroom on the 2nd floor.(Water pressure and hot water were both fantastic also!)We didn’t get to use the bonfire pit, but it and the patio and back yard were a nice setup.Thank you for having us!!”

“Great location and the house has plenty of space for everyone.”

“Great location. Very close to Downtown Fishers. Home was very clean and exactly as described. We would stay here again”
