Wonderful View

We came down with family to visit our daughter, she lives less than half a mile from this property. We sat on the balcony every morning and drank our coffee to this stunning view. The place is perfect for us. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Getaway Spot

We spent an extended weekend. The location was ideal. Easy access to the beach and restaurants. We particularly enjoyed the view from the balcony, watching the sun rise and the moon come up. The condo was tidy and clean.

Girls Trip

This place was amazing! Very clean, plenty of room for 4 people. Close to everything, I enjoy parking & not have to drive anywhere, everything was in a 1/2 mile walk. The area of the beach was not as crowded & clean which is a must! Will definitely book this place again!

More than we expected.

We were very pleased with the property. We are seniors who just like to relax and go to the beach so we spent a lot of time in the apartment. Everything we needed was there. Plan to go next year.

Great location!

Great condo and location!! I will definitely stay here again. Only thing that would make it better would be a more comfortable mattress or mattress topper in main bedroom. Current mattress is very firm and not the most confortable.

Great location

The room was spacious, the balcon was incredible, the wall to the beach was a little more than anticipated but I was previously very spoiled by an extremely short walk. This was very doable. Even for my mom with mobility issues. The pool was the the best kept pool I have ever been in. The on-site outdoor shower was soo handy. Spacious parking, accessible elevator (elevator needs updating). Well stocked kitchen and great layout. Highly recommend this property and the rental company.

Wonderful vacation spot

We really enjoyed our stay! Great location and the view is amazing. Updated master bathroom. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed waking up to the ocean views. Easy to get to the beach and a lifeguard stand right at the beach access. The pool is not deep (5ft) but it was always clean and it was a refreshing way to end the day. Boardwalk is close enough to walk and of course we enjoyed Britts Donuts a couple of times throughout the week. Wouldn’t change a thing, unless it was to just stay longer😊 Hoping to stay again soon!!

Wish we could have stayed there!

Didn’t get to stay in the condo! Flooding didn’t allow us to stay there in this condo that we booked 3 months prior. Two days after we arrived, someone else was in this condo that we so much wanted to experience. It was a much disappointment!

Eastern view gives you front row seat to every sunrise and afternoon shade on the balcony - nice! Beds are nice and firm. Wi-Fi router probably needs replacement, as music streaming on our Dots was inconsistent. There were very few people at the complex; so 6th-floor access was easy but I could imagine that only one elevator could be an issue at other times, especially if there were to be a power outage…

There were plenty of extra blankets and pillows. There was no hot water at the sink, which made me wonder if the dishwasher had hot water.

Anniversary getaway

The bathtub stopper didn’t work so couldn’t use the bathtub and the property manager wasn’t responsive to us mentioning it. As has been reported by others, the door handle in the main balcony is broken, but it was a great location and unit that we enjoyed a lot and would return to.

As good as it gets!

This was a really great condo, it was clean and the view of the ocean is really as good as it gets! The location was great, you can walk to restaurants and the board walk. We’d love to stay here again!

A Week of Relaxation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: "As Good As It Gets" lived up to its name. This unit had all the comforts of home in an oceanfront unit, including a Keurig machine. It was clean and wonderfully decorated. Most of all, the ocean views on the deck couldn't be beat! My time there was heavenly. My brother and sister-in-law enjoyed it, too. Another strong point was its location. It was close to Carolina Beach Lake, the Boardwalk, restaurants and shops. I would highly recommend this property to other family members looking for an accessible unit close to the beach.

Property and location is great! A short walk to the beach! The pool was great! The location has alot of great places to eat and alot of fun activities to do with the family. We will visit this location again in the future!

Absolutely worst company to rent from.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit smelled like an unwashed dog. Did not disclose beach construction that was SO LOUD, no one slept at all ALL night long. They knew and didn’t disclose to us or we would have chosen another beach. Now they keep emailing to try to save face because they sneak a clause in your contract that no refunds are given for construction noise. I cannot tell you how loud it was. But we went to rest, not to not sleep at ALL. Ridiculous. They are shady.
