The beach was not as good because we were on the 1st floor. But we still enjoyed the sound of the ocean. The space was extremely clean. I especially enjoyed the cooking materials. Pots and pans were excellent, nothing stuck to them like some of the cheaper cookware. The parking was a challenge but we got through it. We were driving a ford explorer anything bigger for the area we parked in wouldn’t have worked.Overall we really enjoyed our stay and we would absolutely stay there again!

We stopped at Bryant real estate office on our way into town the morning of check in to pick up our parking pass, but they will not issue that until check in time, which is silly because the door code to the property won’t work until it’s time to check in, it’s not like we can actually use the pass early for anything. So we had to go back to the office after 4pm just to get a piece of paper to put on the dashboard. It was obvious that the person who checked us in had a rehearsed speech to cover their process, which was very impersonal and a bit cheesy. What they failed to mention is how tight the parking is underneath the building, and since there are assigned spots parallel parking style, if other residents got there before we did we had to come in the wrong way instead of pulling through, and with a truck this required lots of back and forth maneuvering to make it work. We called the Bryant office as soon as we pulled in thinking we must not understand how it works, but the staff had not actually been to the property and were no help. We visit our kids here 3-4 times a year and this is by far the worst experience we’ve had. I recommend avoiding any properties that are managed by Bryant Real Estate.

Cute little spot on the water

The entire home was cleaned and smelled welcoming. When we got the keys and parking passes the hotel staff was incredibly nice and gentle. The unit was very nice, overlooking the water. Everything was squeaky clean. The rooms were a good size with streaming services available. My only complaint is that the parking situation is pretty tricky. We had a huge Suburban and struggled to get out of our parking spots. Overall, we really enjoyed this place! Also easy access to aminities.

Very good location, we spend alot of time on the beach so location is important. It was also a short walk to the boardwalk so we didnt have to drive anywhere. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make breakfast and dinner. Thank you for the use of your condo, we had an amazing time!

Beach getaway

Went to beach for a 2 day getaway and stayed at Stunning 2 bedroom beach oasis. The condo was clean, beds were comfortable, the view from the balcony was beautiful! Check in was easy. Walking distance to boardwalk. Had a wonderful time. Would definitely stay again.

Pictures don’t do it justice!

We absolutely loved our time at this location. We cannot wait to go back to Carolina Beach. The condo is a great walking distance to the boardwalk. The ocean view is amazing, I woke up early every morning to drink my tea and watch the sunrise.

Great location

The location is great with beautiful view. We used bikes every day to go get drinks, dinner as well as food and alcohol shopping. The access to beach is very close. Note: when they say small vehicle for parking this is because the parking is very tight. It has to do with width not height. Recommend you use a smaller sedan not a wider suv. A lager truck will never fit. To wide.

Carolina Beach Condo

Perfect for my husband, infant and I to spend a few nights right on the beach. No private beach access, but public beach access is less than a minute away. Short walk to the boardwalk and restaurants. Rental agency was friendly and easy to communicate with.

Great Place

I love how close this was to the beach. Place was nice and clean. But I'll tell you this...I read other reviews saying the parking spots were really small and I scoffed, thinking "these people just don't know how to handle their cars," because I'm that kinda guy. But the parking spots were the most difficult parking spots to get in and out of I've ever experienced. Granted, I was driving a KIA SUV - a smaller SUV, but still a large car. My tip on the parking is this - as you come into the parking spot, you need to have your drivers-side door about 3 inches from the wooden wall. And then as you make your turn into the spot, provided you have decent turning radius, you can swing into the spot (though you'll only have about 3 inches of space on the back passenger side from the post)... but it can be done. I would regularly leave the apt about 5 minutes early so I could get the car out of the parking space before my wife and baby got into the car. And there were times we opted not to go out because getting in and out of the parking space was pretty dicey. The place was great. But if you're arrogant like I was...humble yourself. The parking is possible, but it is difficult.

Parking….VERY SMALL cars only!!

Beds & pillows are terrible, made for a long 3 nights. Be aware parking is awful. Unit provides 2 spaces but unless you have a vehicle the size of a Honda Civic you will NOT be able to maneuver into and out of the tight spots. Otherwise unit is very clean, well equipped, easy beach access and nice view, unfortunately because of parking situation we would never rent again.

Carolina Beach Vacation

We loved staying at this property. Pictures are exactly what you get. Condo was very nice, not pristine but clean for the most part. Pretty much had everything you needed. Great view from the balcony, watched the sunrise right in front of you on a clear morning. All TV’s in the condo had Roku and all the key apps available for watching just about anything. That was a nice surprise. Less than 5 minute walk and you’re on the beach. Beach can get windy so make sure any umbrella or shade device can handle it. We had issues with our Costco Tommy Bahama special, lol. Boardwalk/Carnival area is not far, some people walked it but not us, parking is available close by and it was nice to just pay through an app. All in all it was a great stay. My only issue would have been the parking at the condo. We got lucky because all the units(6), were not occupied so this made is easier to get in and out of our spaces. If the parking was full, the parking for our unit would have been a nuisance especially when you have a large vehicle. It’s tight and maneuverability for the inner spaces could be difficult. Not a deal breaker but I feel it’s worth mentioning. All in all everything was great and I would recommend this property.
