Situado en la zona más caliente en Carolina Beach, esta hermosa casa está decorado con suelos de madera auténtica, baños de cerámica, electrodomésticos SS, granito, molduras de corona, un techo de metal junta alzada, cuarto de lavado, y un montón de espacio para todos. We had a great experience staying here, the owner answered all questions before our stay and contacted us the day before with check in info. The house was perfect for our group as there were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for us to spread out and then we were able to gather together in the living and kitchen area as a group. The house was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The beach was very accessible as it is just a block away and it was never too crowded. The elevator was nice to use when taking luggage up or when we were tired from the day. I would highly recommend this place and we will be back soon!

Great experience & location

Barbara was an excellent host and communicator. The home was clean, ready and well appointed, no issues nor concerns. We had a great experience, was a 1.5 blocks from the beach. I would highly recommend and we will definitively be back.

Good Bang-for-Buck

We stayed here for a family trip. Overall, it is a good place for the price. Here are the top things you need to know: Pros - Close to the beach, a ~5min walk. - Plenty of rooms - Elevator makes hauling luggage and groceries easy - Fully stocked kitchen - outdoor shower is great + hose - comfortable parking for two cars Cons - lots of stairs - all the beach equipment is old, bikes have flat tires - the living room isn't that big, so depending on how big your party is, it might be a squeeze. Host is very responsive and attentive if you have any issues. Overall happy with our stay here!

Great beach house

This is a beautiful beach house that is only 1 block from the beach. It is a quiet area but close enough that you can walk to the boardwalk. The house is 4 stories high which sounds like a problem but it’s actually nice for spreading out with a big group. There is an elevator for your convenience. There are plenty of decks to sit outside. There is at least one deck on both sides of the house so you can always get in or out of the sun (whichever you prefer). We had a great time and had everything that we needed. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Family vacation

This place was very accommodating for our 7 adults 3 children family. Quick walk to the beach to watch sunrises was fabulous. The neighborhood was clean and friendly. The use of beach equipment (chairs, wagon & toys) was a plus. Great time had by all!!!

The Best Stay Ever

What a beautiful home with great accommodations. My family and I were in town for a wedding and we could not have asked for a better experience. Clean, comfortable and beautiful. it felt just like home!!! I would give Family Tides a 5 star rating!

Great house for a family vacation!

This house is very accommodating for a family vacation. Great layout, minutes from the beach. The property manager was very responsive and accommodating. She met us when we checked in to go over the elevator which was really nice. Overall a great house for a beach vacation!

Perfect family getaway

This place is awesome! We so loved being a short walk to the beach. There was plenty of room for our whole family and the decks on each of the top 3 levels made for great morning coffee hangs. The owners were also very accommodating when there was an unexpected a/c issue beforehand. They made sure we were comfortable and got the issue fixed quickly! I would absolutely stay here again!

Family trip

Great location, house has everything you need, great size for family beach trip. They have a high chair, pack n play and kids tableware which was nice! Only downside with a toddler is lots of steep stairs but they did have baby gates which was helpful.

Comfortable, spacious house in great location

We loved our stay at Family Tides! The 5 BR house was great for our extended family. I appreciated that the house provided some beach amenities, including a wagon, beach chairs, and some floats and pails, as well as basic household supplies (trash bags, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, spices, etc). The house is on a dead-end street just around the corner from a public beach access. Very convenient. There is an oceanside grill/tiki bar and a burger/ice cream shack within a block as well. We would stay here again!

Beautiful property and location

The property is just as it was listed. Nice location on a dead end street. The property manager was at the house upon our arrival. She reviewed the house with us and answered all our questions. The beach was within walking distance. Girls weekend away. I would stay again when back in the area.

Perfect vacation place for large family

My family of six and two of my siblings had a wonderful week in Carolina Beach. The house was in a great location with plenty of parking for 4 cars. Probably could get 5 or 6 cars if you really try. Elevator came in handy for my sister n law with bad knees. The house came with great beach chairs and a beach wagon. You don’t need to bring chairs. These are Tommy Bahamas and sit high up. You will enjoy your stay here!

Wonderful house, great location

This is a very well maintained property with plenty of room to accommodate a large family. 5 minutes walk from the beach. The elevator is a plus to have easy access to each floors. The kitchen is well equipped, even with dual coffee maker (regular and cartridge). Outside grill and 2 bikes offered for use. Great!

Loons Birthday Celebration

Family Tides could not have been more perfect for our Girls Getaway! I was there with my sisters, daughters, and nieces. We were celebrating 2 milestone birthdays…70th and 40th! The whole experience was great from booking to checking out, and everything in between. The hosts are easy to communicate with, the essentials are all there, the place is clean, spacious and beautiful, and the location is fantastic! The elevator inside the condo was such a plus and so helpful with our multigenerational group! We made wonderful memories at Family Tides and we would definitely come back again! Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us!
