The host (Tim) personally waited for us to show us around and explained different things about the unit.The unit was very clean with many items to use at the beach and in the kitchen.The unit was very comfortable and easy to enjoy your time there.Just Relax

We had the best time staying at Tim’s Hogan’s Place! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We really enjoyed Tim’s hospitality! He was so thoughtful and easy to communicate with. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, which made everything even better. We would absolutely stay again and hope to come back in the future!

We had a wonderful trip to Carolina beach! I went with my mom and my two toddlers. The condo was set up perfect for us with being right on the beach and close to the boardwalk. Our toddlers enjoyed watching the sunrise and being in the beach first thing. Looking forward to returning and exploring more!

Tim’s place is fantastic. One of the best views on the island with direct access to the beach. Super clean and spacious unit. Tim was a great host, very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We plan on staying here again.

This was a beautiful place! Such great views from the deck. The beach is just over the dunes! The owners have thought of everything and make a very enjoyable stay! We would recommend this place for sure! We loved our stay!!!

Our host was amazing. The condo had everything we wanted and the view was wonderful. The property is centrally located to many restaurants and the boardwalk. The property is well kept and has great beach access. Tim & Debbie are excellent host. You will not be disappointed with this condo.
