For me, this house delivered better than expected. It was magazine-beautiful and everything was obviously new and high quality inside and out. It seemed like no corners were cut in the recent renovation. The fire pit & hot tub were even better than I hoped. The hot tub was clean and had its regular service while we were there, which made me feel confident. The outdoor furniture was high quality and plentiful. I hosted several couples and it was a great fit for that kind of gathering. There is only one public gathering area inside, but it didn't bother us because we all wanted to hang out together and there are so many outside gathering options too. Karaoke machine was a surprise highlight! The wi-fi was excellent for working remotely. Be aware, the stairs are steep. If you have young children it could be uncomfortable, along with the fire pit being hot glass, and the rails being wire. The wire rails were really beautiful to us and made for AMAZING views from the decks, just be prepared to keep a watchful eye on little ones at all times.The owner's communication was good. We needed more gas tanks for the grill & fire pit. They were delivered within an hour of my message. There were a few minor issues (there simply always are in a rental) but what you want is an owner who is responsive with a good, collaborative attitude. Overall this is a 5 star property. Everyone agreed we would enjoy coming back again.
