Upon arrive the check in was easy. When we walked in the door there was dirty towels, sheets, and kitchen towels in the floor by the door. When we walked up the stairs the kitchen counters were greasy and dirty, the floors were filthy, and the toilets were disgusting. There was a dead bug in one of the showers. And one of the beds was missing sheets. I had to call the property number 3 times and stay on hold for forever to finally speak with someone. Once I spoke to Christina, she informed me she would have cleaners come out to the property as soon as possible and would also apply credit towards my stay for the inconvenience. My family decided not to unpack because of the lack of cleanliness. So, we went to the beach while waiting to the house to be cleaned. Once we got back from the beach the cleaners were still there, so we hung out outside until they left. Once they left, we wanted showers and there was no hot water, so I had to reach out to maintenance to come out and reset the water heater (this was close to 10pm at this point). The stay after that was not a bad one, but day 1, upon arrival after the long drive and having to deal with what I dealt with was very unacceptable. I have still not been credited the money I was promised. When I reached back out to Christina via email, she said the request was sent over to their accounting department, and I have yet to hear anything else.
