Imagina tu propia casa de playa familiar llena de maravillosos recuerdos.

Relájese y haga recuerdos con su familia y amigos en esta cómoda casa frente al mar, donde puede sentarse en grandes mecedoras en el porche cubierto y disfrutar de hermosos amaneceres y puestas de sol, ver los fuegos artificiales de Carolina Beach y acceder a la playa desde el paseo privado. Incluso hay una ducha al aire libre para que pueda dejar el agua salada y la arena afuera.

La sala de estar, el comedor y la cocina son muy abiertos y ofrecen vistas del océano, la playa, los veleros, las cometas y las gaviotas en vuelo.
La cocina está bien equipada para acomodar a 8 personas con todo lo que necesita para cocinar y disfrutar cada comida. Tiene microondas, cafetera, tostadora, cocina eléctrica completa, licuadora, batidora y una nevera grande con máquina de hielo, así como una gran cantidad de utensilios, platos y utensilios.

La sala de estar cuenta con un sofá cama Queen y un sofá normal, 2 sillones reclinables y un Samsung Smart TV de 55 "con blu-ray y cable.
El dormitorio principal tiene una cama queen, televisión de pantalla plana / cable y un baño privado con combinación de bañera / ducha. El segundo y tercer dormitorio tienen camas tamaño queen y comparten un baño en el pasillo con una gran ducha a ras de suelo.

La casa se eleva sobre pilotes que permiten estacionamiento debajo para 5 vehículos. Acceso WiFi está incluido para que pueda mantenerse conectado.

The location was great. The house was lacking so many necessary items for a week long stay. There was no broom to keep the floors clean, no trash bags other than 2 in the trash cans, no extra pillow cases, no throw blankets. I ended up purchasing household items to get through the week. There were roaches in the house. I would say this property, despite the great location, needs more for the guests to have a comfortable visit.

Although the agreement mentioned construction across the road the images online were misleading/false advertising as it showed a vacant lot. We had non stop noise from 6:45AM to almost 7PM every day, making it not very peaceful and relaxing. The Seaship should not be rented at this time due to this especially since it’s on a one lane/ one way road making the noise even louder! Never again will we rent from Carolina Retreat due to the false advertising.

Home was very nice and equipped with everything we needed for a family even able to wash your towels. The only thing needed is extra blankets as the bed covers are thin and it gets chilly at night during this time of the year. Perfect location to beach and easy access from the pier. You can’t see the sand from the house or porch as it sits lower and the dunes block that but you see enough to know the ocean is there! Very nice getaway! Easy access to restaurants; groceries; ICE CREAM!

Fantastic

Very nice and clean house just as advertised! The kitchen had everything we needed for the week! The location is great, just a short walk to boardwalk and restaurants in Carolina beach. I would definitely return to this property in the future!

Cozy Thanksgiving Get Away

The remodel of the house was excellent. The house had an open layout with lots of kitchen and living room seating. The furniture was nicest of any VRBO we’ve stayed at, including the living room furniture and the mattresses. The location is central to both Carolina Beach and Kure. For fun things to do… the Aquarium was small but entertaining. The NC Battleship in Wilmington was fantastic. And as always the ferry ride to Southport is worth doing at least once in your life!

The Beach!

If you have a kid or just happen to be familiar with Bluey, you will get the title reference. To the surprise of no one, our daughter loves Bluey and next to Bluey loves the beach. Yes, we are from Florida. But it’s hot here. Not so much in NC. That’s how we landed on a beach week in NC in October and in doing so found the perfect place at Seaship. Right on the beach. Not crowded at all and the beach was clean with lots though slightly fewer shells now. The house was fantastic. Ample space. Clean. And best of all dog friendly! The house is close to places to eat (dangerously close to the Veggie Wagon and their ridiculous milkshakes) and everything you could need. Really appreciated the communication from the rental team and couldn’t recommend the house more!

Great house!

We loved our stay! Great location, and the best stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen! The only minor issue was the steep sand dune walk to the beach. Luckily there was a public access next door that was much easier. Loved that the beach was not at all crowded at this location either!

5 Stars to the PM

The property management company, including the cleaning crew were top notch. Nothing but positive comments. We were disappointed that you cannot actually see the water meet the sand, and the kitchen is not great. But if you are not someone who cooks on vacation you would not notice. I would return to the property for a short term stay but not for a week. I would definitely rent with

Amazing beach getaway!

Our family of four stayed for a week and loved the setup and location. 3 queen size beds were great for the two teenagers, wife, and I. Big dining area and table made meals and games super convienient. The recliners and couches in the spacious living room area made for great movie nights and gaming. The kitchen had most everything we needed. There was only one hand towel and one dish cloth (in the kitchen), which wasn’t a big deal for us b/c we typically travel with a few anyway. The location is perfect for us. Half a mile from the boardwalk. Right across the street from the lake (great loop to walk the dog) and Veggie Wagon. Ocean front with a private walkway to the beach made it easy to zip to and from the the house/beach throughout the day. Large covered deck was a great spot for morning coffee and evening drinks. You can see the ocean from the deck, but the dune blocks the view from the shoreline, which wasn’t a big deal for us. Property managers were responsive to any questions/requests we had. We’ve been going to CB for years and this is definitley one of the best place we’ve stayed as a family. I highly recommend!

Great location, nice house

Overall the house was very nice, the location and beach area were great. Plenty of easy communication with property manager. Only negatives were the floor being dirty when we got there and you can't see the beach from the deck due to the new dunes being too high. Would definitely recommend.

Relaxing and Perfect

Our family had the best time at this house. So many wonderful memories were made. I highly recommend it. Very convenient, super clean, the company was so easy to work with and had phenomenal communication. The dune provided extra privacy and my favorite part was those few steps down the beach walkway to that amazing beach. We loved every second.

House beautiful

The location was perfect. Concrete parking pad under house for 5 cars. The porch deck and beach walkway were new, sturdy composite material. The inside was spacious and beautifully decorated. This home had been lovingly renovated. Would recommend it to anyone who wants a dog friendly getaway
