  • Enjoy the amazing ocean views in this perfectly located top floor ocean front condo! Recently Updated with 4 new ceiling fans, 2024 HVAC, updated bathrooms and new tall adirondack outdoor chairs. It is directly across the street from two great restaurants, a 4 minute walk to the tiki bar and Ocean Grill and only a 15 minute walk to the boardwalk where you can enjoy many great activities, bars and restaurants. Imagine waking up to a perfect sunrise! Also there are 2 great pools at your disposal. Take advantage of the first floor storage too! A keurig with coffee is provided as well. Book your stay today!!

It was clean with a nice view. Could use a bit more updating- rusty vent covers, very old kitchen cabinets. Appreciated the newer floors and A/C. Overall it was fine. Everything worked.

We enjoyed our stay. It's a 4th floor unit (under the building parking being the "1st floor" plus 3 levels above) with no elevator. But the deck has a good ocean view. Easy access to the beach and good location.

The room was very spacious. The kitchen is well stocked and the ocean view is great! There’s a lot of restaurants within walking distance. The owner was very quick in responding to questions. The beach was very relaxing, not crowded at all for last week in May.

Great views and family time

This property is the perfect stay for a family with pets. Our time here was great and close to so much! The view is absolutely stunning and worth every penny! We couldn’t believe how close we were to the beach! Our family will definitely be back! The only thing that would make this property better would be an elevator!

New it was top floor but 50 steps no bathroom by pool not good choice if breathing issues are a concern and a little pricey for accommodations

Nice Getaway

Great view and location. I booked this for my daughter's 16th birthday because of price, location, view and amenities. But, when we got there we discovered there was no hot tub, as listed in the amenities. We made the best of it though!
