Unfortunately we were disappointed mostly because of the roaches that came out like clockwork every evening on the deck. Which means we did not use it. Ceiling fan was dirty along with the railing and entrance door to the build.

Property was not clean. Sand on bedroom surface. Dirt under bed that had not been cleaned in a while. Dryer did not work. Blinds did not work properly and dishes in cabinet were not cleaned well. Needs better upkeep

Seriously, “What a view”!!!

This place had everything you could possibly need—gorgeous views, great amenities, and all the good vibes! It’s no surprise it’s called What A View… because wow, what a view! The only tiny hiccup was the parking—bigger trucks or SUVs might struggle to fit, but that’s just how the structure is, nothing to do with the owners. Still, we loved every minute and would absolutely recommend it!

The view was amazing. As a word of caution, there is no elevator in this unit. You will have 45 stairs to climb each time you leave and return to the condo. We had our 2 dogs, so we had many trips up and down the stairs. Beds were comfortable and beach access was easy.

Location is great, property as expected, communication with management was okay

We had a great stay at this property. It is exactly as expected in pictures and we had everything we needed from cookware to linens. The furniture is a little dated but it was fine because we had two little kids who could care less and we were always moving. The location is perfect we could walk to everything we needed. The beach was not crowded at all. The communication with property management was okay. They emailed me before our trip asking if we wanted to book an extra day since it was open and when I called them about doing this they never returned my call so that was kind of a bummer because we would have liked to stay longer knowing we had the option.

Wonderful experience!

We couldn’t have asked for a better time at Carolina Beach. This was a fun, family friendly neighborhood with pretty much anything you want within walking distance. The view from the deck was amazing, and whatever mattress they have in the master bedroom makes for a great night’s rest. Protip: they are not exaggerating about the size of the parking spaces! Anything bigger than a midsize SUV will have a very snug fit. This didn’t take away from the experience at all, but it is 100% something to be aware of

Tired condo

The unit is old, dated, not clean and not safe. The carpet has animal stains all over it. The kitchen is tired and old. The microwave is old and rusted and had an electrical fire from normal use (less than 30 seconds) on our first full day! Nothing like having to use a fire extinguisher on vacation. The cabinets are gross and beat up old painted mdf. The bathrooms are gross as well. The hallway getting to the unit is beat up and carpeted. There is an a/c window unit in the staircase that the neighbors had to unplug because there was a burning smell coming from it- another electrical hazard. The large deck was nice and the ocean views are great, but we will definitely not stay here again for cleanliness and safety reasons..

loved our stay..

We have vacationed in Carolina Beach several times, and this property was our favorite. the view from the deck was fabulous! We will definitely look to stay here again.

Nice Place, Great location.

The place was nice and was as listed. The view was incredible and the location was good, walking distance from the boardwalk and ocean and beach was not overcrowded. The place is on the 3rd floor, a lot of steps, but we actually could use the expensive so it didn’t bothers us or the kids. It is older and will need a little updating on some things, but you can tell they made an effort and had a lot of condiments, newer refrigerator and oven, pillows, a bigger tv than in the picture. Overall we were satisfied and feel we got what we were expecting. We would stay there again.

Amazing property!

This property was everything we could have asked for and more. Located right on the beach in a stretch between the big hotels meaning it was very quiet and personal. Not busy at all. Like having your own personal stretch of beach. The property had an amazing deck facing the ocean with a one of a kind view. The property was fully stocked with linens, bedding, towels, paper products, everything needed in a full kitchen. It was clean and well maintained especially considering how many people treat vacation rentals. The Wi-Fi was excellent and allowed for easy streaming on all of our devices. We are technology people and were a little surprised at how small the living room tv was…but hardly a complaint worth lodging. Check-in was keyless so it was a breeze. It was a short walk to the boardwalk as well as most of the restaurants, ice cream parlors and night life of Carolina Beach. Honestly, it is a struggle to come up with a complaint of any kind. We will definitely stay here again!
