“The room was of a reasonable size, but i think a deawer for clothes need to be added to the rooom and not jusr the rod to hang some clothes on the corner. I wasnt comfortable with the door that communicated to the room next to mine and there,was no water one day. But it was really centraly located with easy accesss to everywhere i wanted or needed to go, i was not bothered by nobody, it was clean and provided towels to take to the bea h.”

“My family and I stood at this location for 9 days. It was perfectly located. It’s not far from the airport, and close to everything in the metropolitan area, so getting around, and venturing out was easy.Angel, the owner is a great communicator and he is very easy to contact. He is quite helpful.The house itself is very nice. Care and detail has been put into it. As soon as you walk in there is a small table with a binder with the rules that should be followed. Nothing out of the normal, just...

“We had an amazing stay! My family stayed here for my wedding weekend and it was such a perfect retreat from all the craziness of the weekend. The outdoor space is truly an oasis. There was ample room for our group of 11. The casita in the back was perfect for the little extra privacy between our group. We had a small problem with the fridge and it was addressed immediately. Otherwise everything was perfect! The beach being a boo al and a half away was just the cherry on top!”

“Stay and location was great. Very clean and AC worked great. The management team was great to work with. We would stay there again even though when taking a shower the temperature of the water was either extremely very hot or cold the temperature was difficult to adjust.”

“We were stranded in San Juan due to Delta’s IT issues and needed a place to stay for 5 days. This house was close to the beach, clean and cool and saved us while we were stranded. The property manager/owner communicated well and was very responsive. Overall, a great experience.”

“I loved it, it was very clean and big rooms, very safe environment, nice area, beautiful beaches. Definitely a great place to stay.”

“The property was great; however, the Noah level was very loud with the sounds of chickens, roosters birds, dogs, causing us to not have good night of rest.”

“The building is run down, but don’t let that deter you. The condo is clean, adorable, and comfortable. The location is excellent, as you are close to the airport and literally one block from the beach. The outside of the building is a three out of 10 but the condo itself is a 10 out of 10!”

“The location was super hard for Uber Drivers to find. The key box was rusted, but the host answered the Uber Drivers call when we needed assistance.”

“We had a wonderful stay. House was exactly as pictured, large enough for our family, fully stocked with everything you can need. Pool and patio were lovely. This was by far one of the beat accommodations we ever had via VRBO. Absolutely recommend it! ”

“We loved the house and the fact that it had a lot of outdoor area to enjoy. Puerto Rico’s power goes out a lot, but you do not have to worry about that with this house. It has a generator big enough to run the main house, studio and the outdoor area and pool!”
