“The condo was clean and pleasant! The only disappointment was the pool area remained closed until our last day. Host responded quickly to any questions. Would highly recommend if a stay on the Outer Banks is on your to do list.”

“Property is beautiful but the one we originally booked had a maintenance issues and we had to locate to this property. The stairs were extremely too difficult to travel up and down on each floor. There was no where to sit on both balconies. No tvs in the rooms but overall beautiful property. Wished i had another option because of the stairs were alot.”

“Property is an excellent rental house for large groups in the Pinehurst area for a golf trip. Our group was eight couples and it worked perfectly. All bedrooms have their own en suite bathroom. Kitchen/dining facilities are more than adequate, as well as several common leisure areas, including a well-equipped basement game area. Highly recomment.”

“My mother and I will be moving to Southport at the beginning of the year and we wanted to come up and see what the area was like. This was a great condo and a great location. It’s close to everything you need. Everything was clean and comfortable and there were clear Instructions and information about the condo and the community. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Beautiful home with elegant landscaping and a pool that is better than any local resort. The owner was very quick to respond and the house offered all of the comforts of home. This will be our new “go to” when we travel to Raleigh. ”

“The property was perfect for spending time outside. The pool is huge and the outside covered deck was our favorite spot for meals and playing games at night . We brought our boat and the dock was well maintained and covered and about a 20 minute boat ride to a public dock. We stored our boat trailer at a storage place about 12 minutes from the house. It is on the less touristy side of the lake so it is not crowded at all. You have to drive about a half hour to get to shopping and restaurants but...

“This place is ideal for large group of golfers. Accommodations work for large groups interested in large group meals and plenty of places to hang-out and catch-up. The only drawback was no large screen TV( which we knew going into rental, so for us it was not a negative). We did not mind as the group was playing 36 holes of golf per day and re-connecting each evening.”
