“Very cute place rental and convenient to Cornell. Price was very reasonable. We would recommend this place to others and definitely stay here again. Some extra amenities would be a very nice addition such as having some extra TP, hand/ dish soap (shower soap was empty), paper towels, napkins, etc. There was coffee which was awesome-- we had brought our own so we were all set. “For someone with mobility issues this property would not work, but for anyone else this place is exceptional. With a beautiful layout that is thoughtfully furnished, immaculately clean, extremely well equipped, and ideally located both for convenience and aesthetics it met or exceeded all of our expectations. “Bring your 4 wheel drive car and snow boots! This property will not allow for cancellations for any reasons, even half a foot of snow. And expect to shovel the long driveway and 12+ stairs. Property is further than we would have liked from any good restaurants and grocery stores. The home had good heating with a nest thermostat. “Great home! Close to restaurants, shops and hiking. The house had a nice fenced in back yard for our dog. Well stocked shelves which you don’t usually have. Linens are provided. Definitely recommend this home!”

“This is a property that exemplifies an absentee owner. It was clean inside but exterior was not well maintained. Fire pit rotted through, life vests moldy and deck smelled bad. The lake is beautiful to look at but full of seaweed and has water moccasin snakes around. It does have a two person limit so it’s overpriced.”
