“Though property looked new. Microwave did not work, dishwasher did not drain properly. The layout of the property very uncomfortable for a family. You have to carry groceries to the third floor? Living and dining shall be on the First Floor not the 3rd floor. Waste of useful space. It seems the place is good for single people hang out but definitely not for a family vacation. NO closet on bedroom at third floor? No closet for the bunker bed in hallway? very weird space distribution. NOT...

“This was a nice place that was very clean and in a safe, convenient location. It was just right for two people and it had pretty much everything we needed. I especially loved its proximity to FLW’s Rosenbaum House, located just down the street. ”

“Place was great plenty of room for 9 of us. Lots of bathroom and sleeping space. Cool outdoor views and 9 uber ride to broadway. Just was responsive and we hand no issues. It is a little tricky to find this particular unit with all in the units there but nothing crazy. I’d stay here again as it was one of the best vacation rentals we’ve used. ”

“We had 10 people for our trip. House was great, had the space and bedrooms needed to accommodate everyone. Neighborhood was a little sketchy but the house was in a good spot. The host always responded quickly to answer questions for us. Even brought us extra towels when we needed. ”

“The property was beautiful, clean and had a lot of options for entertainment. The host made the check-in very comfortable by giving a detailed tour of the premises. ”

“It was an excellent place to stay. I wasn't sure when we got there, but when we went in, it was small, but comfy, very clean and cozy. The hall flooring was older, and a little squeaky, but everything else was good. The fenced-in back yard was amazing, we grilled out one night, and it was quiet and great. The kitchen had all the needed utensils, cookware, etc. that we needed. Bedrooms were perfect for two couples. I would book again. ”

“Excellent facility! Well fitted with everything needed for a temporary home. Our contacts with the host were helpful. Did not get to see everything we wanted to see because we ran out of time. But, we did get to see the Opry. We would stay here again the next time we come to Nashville. We enjoyed our stay.”
