“This property was especially convenient for us—we flew in to CVG and visited the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum which gave us short drives to all three. It is an easy drive to Florence where we found plenty of places to eat, although Bailey-Jayne’s Cafe in Walton might be the only place we needed. Our host was particularly friendly, checking in on us to see if we needed anything or had any questions. Matt was very quick to respond to my emails. ”

“We rented this house while in the area to see the Ark encounter and Creation museum. It was PERFECT! Super close to the ark which was great and yet out in the country. Nice large house and yard for the kids to unwind at after a day touring. My hubby and I went with my MIL and our 7 little kids (ages 9-0) and we had PLENTY of space! They provided all the basics, plus extra (pack and play, lots of kitchen items for cooking, coffee, tea, and sugar, board games, toys, plenty of towels, etc). We also...

“Wonderful place to stay with the family!! The house was clean and comfortable! The deck was peaceful and perfect for morning coffee. We visited The Arc, The Creation Museum and a Historic Site nearby in Boone County, with local history, a small museum, salt springs, bison, and even got to learn about an Atlatl and try our hand at using it to throw a spear at a target. Trails were great for walking and hiking. We are hoping to return!”

“WE stayed for 2 nights. The beds were very comfortable. The lower-level sleeping futons were very comfortable. The kitchen was clean and had plenty of utensils available for some meal prep. There are 2 suggestions: Recommend grab bars for showers, just a safety measure. Also, the listing should indicate there are stairs up and stairs down to sleeping areas. That would be good information for any guests especially if there are any limitations for guests. Overall, this unit was excellent!”

“The Property is Very Good, I liked Everything, I only have one thing, the bed is in the Room with the Half Bathroom, the bed needs another Mattress because it is very bad, and the bed sounds a lot, and the Mattress The furniture in the living room would need a sponge mat, otherwise everything is very good, thank you very much.”
