“Excellent location and excellent property condition. Older building but the condo was well appointed and in great condition. Kitchen and bathrooms have all been updated and all beds were very comfortable. We cooked many meals and there was a utensil for every need. The walk to the Stagecoach was walkable for a 5 year old girl and her 66 year old grandpa, it’s about 5 minutes each way. The hosts were tremendous with communication. “The Sunset Getaway gets everything right! The cabin is very cozy and the furniture and beds are so comfortable. The communication was excellent and check-in was a breeze. We walked in to a lovely fire going in the fireplace and everything was immaculate. The kitchen is well stocked. We loved the television set up...just hook up your computer and you are good to go. This is perhaps the best run property that I have ever stayed. We loved our time here. ”

“Zach's house was awesome! Nice open floor plan upstairs. All of the comforts of home-streaming on TVs, Alexa for music, plenty of kitchen accessories, gas grill on the porch, comfortable beds, spacious fenced-in yard & access to trails & open spaces. Zach accommodated an early check-in & was very communicative. We would definitely rent from Zach again. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable sanctuary in South Lake Tahoe.”

“This cabin is tucked away in the best spot, close enough to enjoy all Lake Tahoe has to offer with the feeling of a perfect mountain escape. The hot tub was delightful after a long day enjoying all the beautiful scenic hikes within minutes of the cabin and surrounding the lake. The host is kind and helpful and very responsive. We will be back for sure! ”

“The bedding was very thin and not complete sets for either bed. The room smelled like a backed up drain and musty. The shower is unsafe as it has no light inside, it’s very dark behind shower curtain and the water turns scorching hot on its own. The room is also lacking plug outlets, only one under tv opposite side of the room from nightstand and definitely no usb plugs either. Property lacking any landscaping, just dirt.Very disappointing.”
