“The property was advertised, however, there was a huge homeless population in the area and in front of the building. Due to the outside population, at times the ladies with us felt a bit unsafe. We recognize that is not a controllable. What was more unnerving was the remote didn't have batteries se we couldn't operate the TV in the living room. Roaches on the counters and in the rooms was gross. Just didn't expect that.”

I came for a getaway just to be verified by my credit card which I never ever had to do .i booked this building previously and didn’t have this issue at all . I lost my credit card on a previous vacation and only had it on my phone .i kept explaining this to the host and I didn’t get a response til 30 mins til check in which was I would need to get cash to pay which was fine til we got to the property and kept calling the host and property to pick up...
