“Pesimo servicio y procedimiento de Expedia. El hotel le hizo el cargo directamente al huesped sabiendo que la reserva ya estaba pagada previamente con Expedia. Holiday sabe perfectamente quien es Expedia y tienen un contrato global, debieron haber obligado al hotel a reembolsar directamente el cargo, en vez de reembolsarlo a la perssona que hizo la reserva a traves de su portal.
