“The location is very convenient to transportation and eating establishments within walking distance.
The check in was all digital and if you have problems there’s not quick access. Was told to make sure the Bluetooth on phone needed to be activated but note that there’s A SECONDARY permission needed within the app. If there a glitch you’re at the mercy of automated replies and hoping someone comes back to you.
Close to a University and the small room layout reminded me of my son’s upgraded...

“This is as a very comfortable, clean place to rest and recalibrate and refuel before the next exploratory adventure in this beautiful region of the world. This would work very well for two couples or family. Lots of space to retreat and spacious common areas. We enjoyed our stay.”

“The apartment is conveniently located, well-equipped and clean. There is no A/C, which was transparently stated, but a large fan was provided and was very helpful. Unfortunately, the apartment had a bad smell and felt rather sparsely and impersonally furnished, lacking warmth and character. Also make sure to double-check your car’s dimensions before using the parking garage.
We were informed via WhatsApp only 45 minutes before our confirmed 3pm check-in that the apartment would not be ready...

“Simple appartment in a block of flats. The kitchen is small and poorly equipped, given the size of the flat. Be aware that it has no air-conditioning. (We noticed, because it was >33°C outside.) Big rooms, we slept well. No dedicated parking available, so we had to look elsewhere for public parking, which was no big deal, though.
Communication with the agency was a disaster. After I reserved the object, I was directed to their web page via email to provied more data and pay the tax. However, the...

“This was a lovely apartment and convenient to the main part of Lugano. The check in and check out process was easy, Our only criticism was that the listing said there was laundry, but we found out that they only provided the card to activate the machines for stays longer than 15 days. We made the mistake of loading up the machine, closing the door, and then realizing that it required a special card to turn on the power. Two hours and 50 Francs later, they came to open the washer for us. Also,...
