We had one issue with the property description not being accurate as far as how many beds were available. I contacted Mark, he offered a few solutions and corrected the description on VRBO for the future. I would recommend this property.”

“Our host was really helpful and made things super easy. We were just passing through for work and typically sat in a hotel room but there were just no good choices in Manchester, IA so we found this lovely place on the lake. It was very clean , quiet and comfortable. The bed I slept in was in the master and it was really comfortable!! I would definitely stay here again! Very nice place with a nice view on the lake!!”

“The house was very welcoming and perfect for our stay. The three bathrooms worked great for our group size. We liked the location downtown and quick access to any part of town. “We stayed here for graduation weekend! Great location, walkable to downtown and campus. Very clean and perfect for the occasion. A couple recommendations for the accommodations-a lamp for the bedside tables, a full length mirror somewhere in the house, a couple more chairs in the living area for sitting, a couch that wasn’t so low to the ground and a couple chairs on the front porch to enjoy outdoors when nice. But would definitely stay here again when we are in town!”

“This townhouse had everything we needed for a weekend stay for a group of eight. Plenty of space, good parking behind the unit, unit was new and very clean. Only thing was that the walls were a little thin and we probably annoyed our neighbors.”

“This home met every need. It made travel with a baby so much simpler. We felt right at home, cooking dinners in the well-stocked kitchen and hanging with family outside by the fire pit. Truly a wonderful home to stay in. And it was in a great location, with easy access to most main roads. Also the communication with the renter was excellent. ”
