“Other than some basics - oatmeal at breakfast wasn’t hit and beds weren’t made over two nights - clean, friendly, and overall good stay.”

“All around clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and the great room provided a roomy, relaxed space to enjoy with family. The aroma of the air freshener as you walk in the main door and throughout the great room was overwhelming and unpleasant.”

“The parking is far away and you have to pay $10 a night for it. The bartender taking room service order was rude and not helpful or friendly. Asked for luggage rack to be brought up to my room and it never came. There were many in the lobby as I walked out. It just isn’t a friendly staff. They are not warm. The housekeepers were excellent and extremely friendly and helpful. The rest, not so much. ”

“I stayed at this hotel more than 15 years ago as a refuge from a winter storm. The building was filthy, cold and there were black widow spiders in the bathroom. This property has been sold and completely remodeled virtually ground up. Almost impeccably clean, it was nice and comfortable albeit the structure design is outdated. Beds and bedding was acceptable though a little spartan. Breakfast was hot and copious in volume and choice. Absolutely no complaints, but just know that the location is...

“Es un hotel exelente , la estructura todo esta nuevo las camas super comodad , pero el personal de limpieza pesimo no limpian bien van a dañar la reputacion del hotel , deberan contratar un empresa de limpieza mejor ya que las empleadas no les importa no hacen el aseo correcto y esto no es bueno para ellos , de resto la estructura nueva las camas y todas las instalaciones exelentes ”
