From reception, to the concierge, to the restaurant personnel, to management, the service is personalized, smooth, discrete and non-intrusive. “The room was spacious for two. They first assigned a smaller room that just had the queen bed, but immediately moved us to a room with a sofa. That room was spacious. The bed and pillows were clean and comfortable. The room was clean. Bathroom was clean and had sufficient hot water. Yes, the hotel was a bit close to the tail end of one of the runways but there wasn’t that many flights between 11pm and 6am that kept me awake. The hotel arranged a cab for Rs 500 to take us back to the airport....

“If you want an affordable, safe, quiet stay in this area, Golden Lotus is for you. If you're used to western hotels, this may not be your thing. This is a classic, old-school Indian hotel with all of the charms and oddities you may expect. “Spend 3 nights at Casa Cottage and I was a great experience. We had a wonderful Room (number 18) with a great balcony. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff and the owner are extremely nice and helpful. When we went home from the City,with it’s noise and traffic, it was very lovely to come to our Casa Cottage, were everything is quiet among the great vegetation.”
