“This is a top notch hotel as far as facilities now that the renovation is over, but there are others hotels like that. What makes this place special are the people that work there - everyone. “This was a very nice stay. The facilities are beautiful, the restaurants are excellent, service was outstanding. We arrived at BLR at 2:30 AM. The hotel car I requested was not confirmed, so it was not there, but there were other Taj West End drivers at the airport and the quickly arranged another car for us.
