“Location”

“great staff”

“Amazing location and excellent host communication any time we had a question.”

“Property owner was wonderful to work with when a situation came up. They were concerned about our satisfaction and made sure everything was more than expected. I would recommend them staying with them.”

“Great stay, extremely clean, easy walk to shops and restaurants.”

“Very nice upstairs apartment. Hosts were responsive to our needs/ requests. Would recommend to others. Location was great- just a brief walk to all the action.”

“This is a nice clean historic home just a block from King street. Kitchen and bathroom have been updated. Bed was comfy. Plenty of space and everything we needed was provided. Appreciate the early check-in and easy communication with the host. Parking space included and nice washer/dryer. Would recommend staying here!”

“Property was amazing and the management company made everything for the stay smooth. The shared pool was great and we were the only ones who used it during our stay. We will definitely be back.”

“There is wonderful shopping and dining closeby. The style of the house is a major appeal. Warning to those with mobility issues, there are steps everywhere so this is not ADA friendly. The master shower and bidet is awesome! Having laundry available was a plus too. The appliances are all top shelf and the kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans if you are inclined to cook. The parking is the only downside. That one space requires precision and an Austin Powers 12 point turn to get in it.”

“I wish it would have been cleaner, but the space worked great for 4 of us.”

“If we could give more than 5 stars for communication and responsiveness, we would. Incredibly responsive and caring. Property is a perfect location, close enough to the action yet far enough from the commotion. 3 well appointed bedrooms allow individual space and yet a welcoming common space allows for camaraderie and togetherness. Highly recommend for your next visit to the area”

“The house was perfect. Had everything you need including a great back yard, well stocked kitchen and air conditioning for the heat. The location was great for access to the bars and restaurants. The host was communicative and resolved one minor issue we had very quickly. Would highly recommend.”

“The place is beautiful and perfect for a girls getaway! We used both units and had plenty of space for gathering. The location is ideal and parking was easy. We would easily stay here again! Note: the stairs are straight up, so be prepared to carry your items up. Road noise is very high. We woke up to trash collectors and delivery trucks by 4:45-5:00 each morning. We survived and it wouldn’t deter me from going there again, but renters should be aware.”
