“Amazing! The bar has been raised for hospitality and excellence. The attention to detail, comfort, and thoughtfulness to the guest experience was shown through beautiful high end rooms, fantastic breakfast, and many included amenities like bicycles, a free cocktail hour, turn down service, and free snacks and non-alcoholic beverages. The location was also superb. The Loutrel has thought creatively about comfort and hospitality. I was totally impressed and highly recommend!!! ”

“We just enjoyed a fabulous stay at The Restoration. The lighting, decor, and spa-like fragrance immediately made us feel relaxed and at home. We stayed in a signature suite - this room was HUGE and the modern farmhouse esthetic really fit with the city. The room service breakfast basket was unique and fun. When we arrived the spots on the property were full so I took the parking suggestion sent in my guidebook and headed to the 34 St Phillips Street Parking Garage. “The location was great and close to so many shops and restaurants. The hotel itself was beautiful. The rooms, lobby, pool, bars, everything was perfect. I was charged for some food on my room but they took it off without question when I pointed out the mistake. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I absolutely would come back and stay there again. ”
