“Hosts were very professional and easy to deal with. The apartment was updated and quaint. They had everything you needed.. from umbrellas to outlet adapters to recommendations of restaurants etc. Comfortable beds and kitchen had all the essentials. Fantastic location!!!!!!”

Paying was a painful process involving many communications with the owner to get it finally done. Another learning is to seek an arrival point for the water taxi that is close to the apartment with the fewest bridges with their stair as possible with luggage. The best is St. Samuel, which has no bridges. The apartment itself is fine and the location is good. The owners attitude is oc one...

“Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Venise. Irène nous a réservé un super accueil et donné de bons conseils. Elle est même venu nous chercher au Vaporetto ! L'appartement est extrêmement bien placé au centre mais au calme, à côté de 2 stations de vaporetto et 1 Tragetto. Il est climatisé l'été ce qui est appréciable en Août. Toute la famille (enfants de 7 à 15 ans) a adoré le séjour. Merci, au plaisir de revenir.”

“Amazing property with great views. I would definitely stay here again. However it is climbimg a lot of stairs. Was only an issue with luggage. Authentic neighborhood with good restaurants and recommendations. Host was great and very helpful.”

“Our host and stay was fantastic! The communication was exceptional making our trip less stressful as we got stuck in a rail strike making our way there from Florence. The apartment was clean, and ready early for us! The location was great! Cannaregio was a great neighborhood (awesome restaurants and lively bars) and close to the S. Alvise water taxi stop. This made traveling to Murano easy and your a 10 minute walk to a Vaporetto that can get you anywhere! Super fun and highly recommend! Venice...
