“Never ever book this hotel even if you get free deal. Worst ever experience. I travel globally but never had such a bad experience anywhere. They literally don’t pick up your call if you need anything. The shower gel was finished and I made complaint 3 times, still they didn’t refill it. Also bathroom shower gel dispenser was broken before I checked in and they thought I broke it. Later on confessed that it was their mistake. The reception staff is not at all polite. ”

“The staff at Seminyak Icon were so friendly. The communication was clear and via WhatsApp which made it convenient as an international traveller. The location is great as it’s on a quiet street and away from the hustle and bustle yet an easy walk to the Main Street. The villa is spacious and the pool was a great size. ”

“Updated, comfortable bed. Clean room. Upon checking out staff wanted to charge me for a broken “do not disturb” sign. The sign was already broken when I checked in. Document the room when you arrive to avoid additional charges. ”

“It was a very comfortable stay, and the staff was amazing!! They couldn't have treated us better. Customer service was first class. My only concern was the open bathroom invited many mosquitos into our room. Not sure if they were already nesting in our bungalow or snuck through the door, but after dusk it was a mosquito party in our room. The staff did spray our room for bugs and put a repellent coil in the bathroom. Thankfully, we also had a mosquito net. My friend and I were killing mosquitos...

“What a dream space! They thought of everything you could want to feel comfortable and in a luxury space. Super clean, modern and sexy, and the bedding was extremely comfortable. The staff is super helpful and friendly. I will definitely be back! ”

“The best is the swimming pool if you feel to use it. If not, I wouldn't reccomend this hotel: the furniture is old and rusty, the walls paint is falling and globally it could be much more clean. The staff is wonderful, very friendly and helpful. ”

“You get what you paid for. On positive note .Was private safe and reasonably quite. Bedding clean changed sheets every day .Unit cleaned everyday . All essential shopping close by. Staff pleasant however no english speaking staff. Stayed extra night due to flight change they accomadated me. Overall pleasent and clean stay. ”

“Absolutely disgusting place. Unhygienic and unsafe for a child/ any family. It instantly smelt of rats and it was clear the apartment had not been cleaned. Multiple dead animals were found, including cockroaches in the shower. The utensil cupboard, which smelt horrendous, was clear that rats were living in there as multiple rat droppings would appear daily. The people were nice but I believe it was unnecessary that 3 adults (2 men and 1 women) show up, on my first night, at the door at 11pm. I...

“Staff hotel sangat ramah dan membantu. Apartemen 3 kamarnya sangat luas dng kmr mandi dalam di setiap kamar. Dapur yg dilengkapi kulkas, kompor listrik, oven, microwave dan dispenser air. Berada di lingkungan yg tenang. Cocok utk keluarga dan rombongan yg tidak suka suasana ramai. Kekurangannya hotel ini terlihat kurang terawat, out of date, sayang sekali krn hotelnya cukup besar. “Villa Kayu Raja is in a good location, but not really walkable to restaurants or the beach, especially at night. The sidewalk ends a bit before the villa, so you’re left walking in the busy street. The villa itself is nice, but I was unimpressed with the private pool. It is very small and the yard itself is deceiving in size from the pictures. Virtually no sunlight comes into the pool area as well, so the pool is a bit chilly and you aren’t able to do any sun tanning. The price is a bit steep...
