“The property was perfect for a group of 3! It was clean, provided all the essentials, and came with WiFi. The AC was great and even when we turned it off, the rooms stayed cool for a long time without it. Parking was great and the beach was just a walk away! We absolutely loved our stay and hope to come back again. (Power outages are unpredictable but we only lost power once for less than 5 mins during our 1 week stay. The host provided a solar powered lamp which I thought was considerate.)...

“Wish I could have given this 5 stars! Pros: Host was [mostly] very prompt in communication, the interior of the property was [mostly] as advertised, location was solid, etc Cons: Not sure if it’s a San Juan-wide power grid issue, however all of the technological devices I attempted to charge in the property took easily five times as long as normal to charge. The property is/was also listed as a 2 bathroom with a lakefront view, and there is only one bathroom and no lake within a 5 mile radius....

“The place is nice., but need some improvement. The bedding cover need an upgrade, the floors and bathroom need a very deep cleaning since the tiles is a gorgeous vintage spanish tiles, but you could see that isn't cleaned well. The street is very dark at night and don't matches with the description. ”
