“I loved the location walking distance to the beach, great variety of restaurants, Walmart and the bus stop.It’s in a residential neighborhood which was perfect for our family, the only noise was roosters at 4am lol…Very clean and comfortable place.”

“Me and three other friends stayed here for 5 days (6 nights) during our Spring Break. We had a great time! The space was the perfect size for 4 people, and the appliances served our needs perfectly. We were never in a situation where we did not have something we needed. The location was great too, about a 15-minute walk from La Placita and many restaurants and stores, a 15-minute walk from laguna condado, and a quick uber ride to Old San Juan. Definitely recommend for a friend group or family...

“We enjoyed our stay at The Sunrise Studio. Rosemary was always quick to respond whenever I messaged her and provided great recommendations for restaurants and a surfing school. The location is also very convenient because it’s close to Old San Juan, and some restaurants are within walking distance. Even when taking an Uber, rides were only a few dollars. I’d highly recommend this place if you are traveling to San Juan. ”
