I reached out to yhe property owner and it was nearly 2 hours later before she responded. Remind you the address was not provided until the day before and I normally do an aerial view to see what it would ok like. Meantime due to lack of proper communication I ended up having to rent a hotel. ”

The email about checkout going to charge for an extra night if not vacated by 10 am seemed harsh and greedy, especially after the cheapness of the less than 1 facecloth per guest and no conditioner. The hardwood floors have a few large holes that could be dangerous. I'd bring my own toiletries and stay again, realizing you cannot use the bathtub and need to bring your own facecloths, no handtowels...
