“Overall, we enjoyed the property, the location was perfect for our visit, the hosts was pretty responsive, and the space was nice. Unfortunately, we did run into a few unexpected issues that affected our stay. The elevator was out of service, The mattress in the primary bedroom sagged toward the middle, and we saw a roach run underneath one of the beds.Hopefully these are temporary issues that can be addressed, because the property has a lot of potential.”

“The most unique property I have ever stayed at! This was a quick weekend trip with my husband and oldest daughter before she had to be back at school. (College sophomore) I loved the uniqueness so much! It matched that New Orleans charm I was after but more secluded. I would definitely stay here again! I would not recommend this property with anyone that was physically disabled due to the spiral staircase.”

“The location was perfect for our stay! We celebrated our wedding weekend and hosted our bridal party to stay in the house and (approved) welcome party! We loved that everyone was able to stay all together in one place. And being walking distance to the quarter and Frenchman we were in a perfect spot for everyone to find something fun to do or good to eat!! 100% recommend. But definitely book EARLY because it gets booked quick. The host was awesome and super easy to communicate with.”

“Great place for a large group. Very clean. Good location for Marigny and Quarter access plus beautiful City Park is right down the road. We had some difficulty checking in as our phone number code didn't work but owner was fortunately easy to reach. Some suggestions for renters: bring mosquito repellent to enjoy outside areas and also, mosquitos will come in if quickly thru doors. We kept flying insect spay on hand. Also, downstairs bathtub is SLICK. I slipped as soon as I stepped in the back...

“The residence was well kept and stocked with goodies for the guests. The rooms were quiet and clean. The courtyard and surrounding grounds were nicely maintained. The location is approximately one mile from the French Quarter and Mid Town for a variety of dining and walking options. I really enjoyed the stay and plan to return in the future.”

“Loved the location, a busy street outside, but to be expected and there were blackout curtains for most of the bedrooms. The hosts were so flexible with the check in and check out times we really appreciated that, and also the little snacks and coffee that were stocked in the kitchen. They were always quick to answer any inquiries. The water pressure could be better, but given it is an older house totally understandable. Would stay again.”
