It was extremely clean and the location was perfect away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Charlevoix, but just close enough to walk to a beach. The attached garage was a nice compliment and the very large backyard was great perfect for my Golden to run around and it was nice to see the fire pit back there. Overall, this renovated space was just right for me and I could’ve been happier. Bravo to the property...
