We enjoyed our stay. India and Desmond were super helpful and welcoming. The place was beautiful and very comfortable. They really thought of everything with the added bonus of an amazing massage chair!! We will definitely stay here again.

Our stay was excellent! We were visiting family in Chattanooga for Christmas and had all the space we needed to gather and open presents. It was beautifully decorated, and the amenities were above and beyond. The hosts provided everything from hot chocolate and coffee in the kitchen to hair ties and Q-tips in the bathroom. They even provided flavored syrups for your coffee and milk for cereal. They have a little mini bar where you can pay them through Venmo, which I loved because we got to all have ice cream one night for 8 instead of the 65 it would have cost me to DoorDash something. They really thought of everything. It’s a great area. There are tons of restaurants and coffee shops within 3-5 minutes (not walking distance). The only negative thing is that there is no closet or dresser in the master bedroom. It seems they sacrificed this for the meditation room (this is where the massage chair is). There are a couple racks to hang clothes, but I had to keep most of my stuff in my suitcase on the floor. Oh also, and this unit is directly across from the community garbage bins. It never smelled bad, even when we were sitting on the rooftop patio. But it did just kind of give me the ick being that close to it - especially when I saw a couple of roaches scurrying about (outside).

This was an excellent place to stay! There were so many thoughtful little details and extras. It was super super clean and well appointed. The decor made it cozy. The location was great. The owners were very helpful and responded quickly. I’m super happy we chose this rental and we highly recommend it.

My family really enjoyed our stay in Chattanooga! We loved the open kitchen and living space, comfortable beds and bedding, beautiful updated bathroom, roof top views with tv and fire place and mini refrigerator upstairs for our wine ;-)We especially enjoyed the Xbox, Netflix, YouTube tv live, NBA game, game room, and the massage chair in the mediation space!!! The hosts provided lots of information that made it easy for us to feel at home. Cheers! Thanks!

Wonderful Experience!

We and our girls (age 9 and 11) had such a wonderful stay. The location was perfect for all the places we wanted to visit, and the amenities of the house kept us and our kids entertained when we weren't out exploring Chattanooga. The massage chair was an especially nice treat! There was a few times I had to message the hosts and they responded immediately and were more than willing to assist with our needs. We will definitely be booking with India and Desmond again in the future!

Summer weekend getaway

Property owners are excellent to work with. Came out and gave extra attention to our special needs son. We highly recommend. We were close to many attractions. On Saturday, we attended the zoo, aquarium and Tennessee Valley railroad museum/train ride. It was a great trip.

great vibes & immaculate!

this was by far, the BEST vaca home i’ve rented. the place was immaculate & looked as if it came straight out of an HGTV ad! aside from aesthetics, the kitchen was top notch & included every appliance, cookware, drinkware, spices, coffee, cleaning products, paper products, such as ziploc bags, foil, etc. my children thoroughly enjoyed the game room & massage chair, as did we! the house was located in an excellent location, 5-10 minutes from everywhere you want to be. the property itself was nice & well maintained. sits right next to a railroad, in which we all enjoyed watching the trains go by. we ate at the No. 10 steakhouse, which was located on the property, and it was superb. all in all, we had a wonderful trip & cannot wait to stay in another one of india & desmond’s properties.

Perfect in every way!

We stayed here for one night on our way through town but wish we could have stayed longer. The property was stylish, well appointed and immaculately clean. Check-in and check-out were smooth and we had no issues during our stay. The owners were friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with. The attention to every detail was fantastic and we loved how organized and well thought out everything was. We highly recommend staying at this property! We were only there briefly so did not explore the neighborhood at all but saw the steakhouse within walking distance and it looked great and so convenient.

Wonderful place in Chattanooga close to everything we love in this city. Family located all over the SE and Chattanooga is central for our Christmas Day. Hosts are extremely friendly and responsive. Kitchen, living room, upper patio were all favorites. Hopefully it’s available in 2025!
