This unit is in need of deep cleaning and serious maintenance repair. We arrived late and walked into a hot, stagnate condo. The air didn not work. It was 83 degrees in there at 10:30 pm. No one called to let us know that the air was not working. After numerous calls to Vacasa they did absolutely nothing. We were told the unit was scheduled to have a/c replaced. We were told we provided a swamp cooler and fans for your comfort. The coffee carafe was cracked and useless. The hot water handle on the bathroom sink in the bedroom was siliconed on and came off in your hands. The front of the unit outside was covered in spider webs. A couple of the light fixtures had no covers on them. Furniture is worn out. If you want to read how they treated other customers look up this unit on the Vacasa web site.

Many issues with the condo that the owner did not address during our stay.1. The refrigerator and freezer did not work at all. The kitchen is useless without this2. The AC went out on the last night we were there 3. The front door latch is defective, we woke up to an open door the first day. We stuck a piece of furniture in front of the door for the remaining nights just in case 4. The pictures have to be several years old. The condo needs maintenance and deep cleaning. Furniture was damaged and not taken care of. 5. The beds are full size not queen

Great location and price, but lots of defferred items. Spices expired 2 years ago, fridge has rust, oven took 30 minutes to pre-heat, light inside full of bugs, light burned out, toaster was broken (had to hold handle down to toast), all windows full of spider webs, breakfast bar stool back held on by one screw (very dangerous). If you want to cook here to avoid eating out every day, this is not a user friendly situation. We stay at VRBO pretty frequently and this was one of the worst maintained ones we have seen.

Quite Nice

Overall, this property was very nice. The guest bathroom floor was not the cleanest, the AC unit was quite loud and not all of the shades in living room worked. The view was beautiful, the unit stayed cool, beds were comfy, showers were nice and amenities were great!

Comfortable beds

Good stay. Light switch in master bedroom was broken on the side and gone. It was very sharp and kid could stick their finger in it. Safety concern.

Great getaway

This condo was great! The parking was slightly confusing and a little small. If you drive a full size truck or suv, it may be a struggle getting into/out of the garage/parking spot. Overall location was great because it’s just about a 5 min drive from downtown and 10-20 minutes from all state parks and activities.

Deep clean needed

Pass codes to get in were not working upon arrival, they had to re program it a few times. property need to be pressure washed outside for sure. Carpets were dirty inside, sofa was broken and the beds were very uncomfortable. You can tell place was not sanitized properly and communication with property manager was almost impossible

Needs Maintenance Attention

When we arrived, we got on the elevator to go up to the 4th floor. The door closed and nothing happened. We were stuck in the elevator for about 15 minutes (seemed a lot longer) before the door opened. We hadn't gone anywhere. A resident of the building was wanting to get on the elevator and said that this happens all the time. We had to walk up 4 flights of stairs with our luggage to get to our condo. Once in the condo we discovered the toilet in the master bathroom was plugged as was the shower in the second bath. We reached the on site maintenance person and he promptly fixed the problems. The next night was really exciting. At 8:00 the fire alarm went off and man was it loud! Turns out the entire building was evacuated and we all waited outside for the fire department to show up. False alarm. We all went back to our rooms. Then at 10:00 the alarms went off again. Back outside and, once again it's a false alarm. One of the firemen told us that this happens all the time. So, while the condo unit was nice, the maintenance is very shoddy. Maybe spending a little of the profits would be a good idea. We'll try someplace else next time.

If you have more then 1 car forget it.

First problem we encountered once we arrived. We came with 2 other couples. So we had a total of 3 cars. You only get 1 parking space, and because it is colocated with a public beach, there is no parking. So our other couples had to park blocks away, and one car was broken into, during our stay. Once we walked in, we found the carbon monoxide detectors in a cabinet with no batteries. (not really a problem, because we didn't use the fireplace) however a safety issue that needs to be corrected. There were abour 7 remotes, none marked which was for what, so took a bit of time to figure them out. One of the bedrooms was missing the cable to the tv so that didn't work. I didn't like the fact that we were told that we had to do the linens into the laundry. we had to take the trash out. What the hell was I paying $$$$$ a night for? The pool and spa water was literally brown. There were no laundry soap, so I didn't do the laundry as requested. When I called the company we rented from to complain about some of the issues, they said the local manager would call me right away, however nobody ever called and there didn't appear to be anybody onsite ever. The last complaint was that the checkout list had a phone number to call to tell them when you are checking out, I called the number and the person on the other end stated that he has had that number for years and he always get these calls for people checking out and he has asked them repeatedly to remove his number from the book. Yet they have never corrected it. Poor Poor service.

Great corner unit

Great corner unit- high ceilings, beautiful view, walking distance to the park and very close to other activities. Check-in and check out process was easy. Could use some updates with furniture, utensils, and bedding, but otherwise we had a wonderful time and would stay again!

Disappointed?

We have stayed at the Suites before and everything was good. This particular suite was in need of repairs and updates. Both the beds in each bedroom were extremely uncomfortable. Wet towels were left in the dryer which we didn't discover until we were leaving and put towels in the washer. We wondered why there were very few towels for a suite that was supposed to accommodate six. We left a note and called the property manager to let her know why we left the note in case it wasn't passed on.
