“I was greeted by two large friendly dogs, much to my delight. The room was pristine, well-equipped, and very private, with my own outdoor entrance. The hosts were friendly and welcoming. Comfy bed, lovely linens, and good shower. The three horses happily accepted my apple treats. I went for a lovely walk through the forest straight from my room. “This was a perfect spot from which to explore more of Vancouver Island than just Victoria. We are glad we found you! We hiked above Maple Bay to great views of the area. We had a beautiful day to walk the wide beach east of Parksville, then the beach walk at Qualicum. The rental was more than adequate for all we needed. The waterfront was calm and very pleasant. We watched animals, birds, boats, and the occasional sea plane. Thanks for making this spot available!”

“This comfortable spacious property is not to be outdone. For a group of 7 plus our dog not once did we have to share the same place. From high ceilings to wide corridors and multiple entries we felt exactly like we were home. The easy drives to nearby communities beyond the village made for a wonderful trip. There was even a walking trail right next to the house.”

“We had a great stay at this suite. We were greeted by the four legged host, Getty Lee who let us pass after an ear scratch and pet. The suite had everything we needed. There was lots of space for the two of us and we appreciated being away from the noise of the city. Would definitely stay there in the future.”

“This cozy trailer is on the owners property adjacent to the river. Many forest walks await with the provincial park nearby. If you are looking for a quiet location to recharge your batteries this is it. The bed was super comfy, bbq worked well and propane heater in the trailer worked well. Only thing lacking is wifi if you need it. Unplug and enjoy. You won’t regret it!”
