“We thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay at York Street. This was a return visit as the house is perfectly located for Shepherds Marina. The house is spotless and has a lovely garden/ outdoor seating. With 2 good sized clean and modern bathrooms and 3 bedrooms plus sofa bed in living room makes it perfect for a crew of 6-8. The Island Holiday Company made booking and check-in very easy. We’ll be back next year!”

“We were three families with four children (age range from 14 months to 13 years) and two dogs. We think that Laurel Cottage is a super house - great for family gatherings. It is very well-equipped, especially the kitchen/utility room. It is clean, tidy and well-maintained. The garden is lovely (would have been even lovelier if the weather had allowed us to use it!). “The cottage was very well-equipped, practical, well located and very comfortable beds. Everything worked and storage was great. Loved the nice bedding and towels! Nice that cleaning things and tea/coffee packets were there for arrival etc. We didn't miss anything we needed. Decor nice and lots of local information provided to help us plan and book trips out. The Island was lovely as ever loved Ventnor coastal hikes in both directions and really enjoyed the beaches at Bembridge and Appley! So...

“Well-equipped, comfortable modern property with easy car parking. Fully equipped kitchen, Sky TV and strong wifi connection. Well- located for reaching the main destinations, but nowhere is far on the Isle of Wight. Bus stops nearby. Deck chairs provided in the cupboard under the stairs: ideal for sitting in the courtyard outside. Bed is extremely comfortable.”
