Great Location and Space

Property is as advertised. Clean and welcoming. Advise to take a pic of the check-in instructions/code so you have it handy if you arrive after dark. Made it easier to follow instructions bc you don’t enter through the front door. Split floor plan makes it convenient for two couples traveling together to have their own space. Nice outside area to relax. Would definitely stay again.

Gateway to Red Rock Country

We enjoyed our stay in Clarksdale, we were there for 3 days to enjoy the red rock country. The house is well maintained, clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Alisha is very responsive, she addressed all of our concerns and requests promptly during the stay.

Very clean and comfortable

The Wander Llama was a great place to stay on our trip to Cottonwood. It was centrally located, most of the local places and activities are within a 15 min drive. The house was very clean and had very helpful amenities such as makeup mirrors in the bathrooms, plenty of extra towels, and of course the hot tub in the cute and well kept yard.

Clarkdale Gem

My family recently stayed at the Wander Llama as part of our spring break. This home is just wonderful; from the check in, communication with the owner, property itself, location …don’t hesitate to book this home. There’s plenty of space with the layout, and the kitchen was well stocked. We grilled and cooked many meals while there and had everything we needed. The backyard is fantastic. The views from both the front and backyards are beautiful. We enjoyed the hottub daily after our adventures. This is a great spot and close to downtown Cottonwood. We did day trips to Sedona and DeadHorse ranch state park. This home is so comfortable and cozy. I truly hope to return soon! Our family just loved our stay!

Comfortable

The place was very nice and roomy. We were very comfortable and loved the separation. We found everything we needed. Note to the owner-the kitchen faucet needs repaired. 4 stars because the living area furniture was not all that comfortable. Other than that it was excellent.

Great Girl's Getaway!

This house was a great home base for a 3 night girl's weekend. This was our 4th time to Cottonwood but our first to this area of town. The home is quite large and spacious, and we all had plenty of room. It is adorably decorated and comfortable. We really enjoyed our morning coffee and afternoon wine on the covered patio. The kitchen had everything we needed, and when we noticed that there was no wine opener, we reached out to the owner, and one was delivered in what seemed like minutes! Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would highly recommend, especially for those looking for beauty, space and location.

Clean and Comfortable

This is a beautiful, clean, spacious house in a quiet neighborhood, about 30 minutes from Sedona. Had all of the items we needed for cooking for a family of 4. Alisha was very responsive with the minor issues we had during our stay. If you're looking for somewhere to stay outside of Sedona that is more quiet and less touristy, this is a great choice.

Excellent Choice

This is a great rental in very quiet, residential neighborhood. It was so dark and peaceful at night. A wonderful backyard with lots of space. Firepit and hot tub were so fun on a cool night as well as the living room gas fireplace. That was so nice to have. The master bath and bedroom were spacious. The other 3 bedrooms were very cute and cozy but it would be a tight squeeze for 6 to use that bathroom. The house did however have tons of living space, lovely decor, any extras you might need, a wonderful laundry room, a great neighborhood and a very central location. Have no fear, this is a great rental property. Approx 20 minutes (and an easy and beautiful ride) to Sedona. Minutes to Cottonwood, Jerome or downtown Clarkdale. Side note: take the 4 hour tour on the Verde Canyon Railroad. What a beautiful surprise!

Felt so pampered!

Husband & I flew into Phoenix from Virginia to visit our grown kids who live there. All traveled together out to Clarkdale for a family get away and we were WOWED by this home!! We were a group of 6 adults and everyone was happily accommodated in the gorgeous home. Sparkling clean, beautiful decor, personal touches all around. Greeted with snacks and water, coffee & Britta pitcher filled in the fridge. It was easy to communicate with Alisha and directions were clear on the site as well as in the instrux manual. We all enjoyed the 6 person hot tub together in the very cold weather!! Would love to return to this property!!
