Nathan was an awesome host for our girls’ getaway, great at communicating when we had questions and had plenty of recommendations for local restaurants and even a bookstore. The apartment was so comfy for lounging around but conveniently close to downtown when we wanted to go explore.

One of the most spacious 2 bedroom VRBO's we have ever been in. One does need to know that there are 28 steps to get to the 2nd level of the building where the apartment is located, though these steps are inside and air conditioned!

Great Apartment in Downtown

This was a beautiful apartment in walking distance to great food, drinks, entertainment. Very spacious, clean inside and out, comfortable furnishings and cozy beds. When we are back in town we will look at staying here again.

Great loft in the Downtown

Beautiful loft. Very comfy and cozy. Showers were amazing! Lots of space to spread out if you need to. Very close to everything downtown and not far from the college. About five minutes to about anything it seems like! Absolutely recommend!!

Short Vacation

My wife and I stayed here while visiting some family. It was fantastic and walking distance to multiple breweries, restaurants, and other night life. I highly recommend. I would definitely choose to stay here again

Amazing Apartment for and Amazing deal

This was a fantastic apartment! We had so much fun staying here! We were so close to all the fun places in downtown Springfield, and it was a great place to catch up with friends and family!!

Walking distance was great!

We spent New Year's in a great town. It had everything we were looking for, breweries, wineries, comedy club, dancing, and did a fun Ozarks Tap & Pour Farewell Tour. We went to places we probably wouldn't have gone to because of this tour. We met many great people who suggested local places to eat and drink at. It was a memorable New Year's at the Pythian Castle where we played an escape room game and danced the new year in. We walked to many bars downtown. We played games at Skinny Slims, entertained by the dueling pianos at Ernie Biggs and then we went to some shows in Branson. Springfield was a great choice to vacation over New Years!

Very nice place

Came down for state softball. Thoroughly enjoyed our time in this place. Everything that we needed, we had. Beds were very comfortable! We would definitely stay there again!

Easy access to pretty much everywhere in Springfield. For around 10$ you can Uber anywhere. Communication was great and friendly.

Great Stay in Springfield

The loft provided a unique and very comfortable stay. Clean, comfortable and very spacious for two couples with plenty of privacy. We will be looking forward to staying here again on our next trip to the area.

Excellent Option!

My husband and I traveled to Springfield, MO to view properties as we plan to relocate. Our visit was made better because of the choice to stay here. Great location (walking distance to entire downtown area), clean, well laid out for me to have a separate work area and the owner/manager was super responsive! I even tried to suggest a long term arrangement until we found a place but this site will definitely stay booked! Some train noise and some folks wondering around (it is near city resource center) but neither one presented any issues at all. Overall wonderful experience - I highly recommend!

Nice property; sketchy area.

I stayed at this property for 2 weeks and the inside is very well kept,clean, spacious and has good water pressure. I was concerned about the train tracks thinking I might get awoken by a train at night but the train never ran. I did however hear constant noise at night from above but not sure where it came from exactly. The one thing I didn’t like about the property was the homeless community that lives right outside the bedroom window because you can see their trash laying all over the ground along with their tents and clothing; very much an eye sore. Everyone has assigned parking but doesn’t seem to be enforced as I ran into this issue but the property manager seemed to be easy to speak with; but was hesitant on addressing the issue.

Loved the walkable location!

We stayed for a weekend with another couple. It was setup really well for a couples stay. There are two bedrooms, each very roomy and with their own bathrooms. We all agreed that it was really nice and roomy. We took advantage of its location being very close to plenty of restaurants and entertainment. It was outfitted with everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Downtown Action

The second floor loft was comfortable and interesting in a good way. Lots of people watching from the tall windows and still felt private. The beds were comfortable and being a light sleeper, I came prepared with earplugs but I could see how the sound machine could have been useful. Glad they seemed to think things through well for all types of people. This would be a great spot for multi family, couples or any 2-4 group. There’s plenty of space. We absolutely loved the Mexican restaurant down the street, La Paraiso! Brewco beer was good too! There’s plenty of food options downtown. We liked the central location and even adventured out with our bicycles to the greenway trails that aren’t too far. Bass Pro was insanely huge, but fascinating people watching. Route 66 history is interesting but we didn’t have time for that this round. Maybe next time. Great communication from the management about questions we had.
