“Our stay in Costa Rica was exactly what we hoped for. Everything was just like the reviews said, if anything even better. The condo had everything we needed and more. The onsite laundry with soap included was super convenient, and David even had ice ready for us in the freezer, which was such a nice touch. We also made great use of the extras, pool toys, beach chairs, a cooler, and a boogie board, which made our beach days so easy. Plenty of towels, too. David was incredibly kind and helpful...

"The checking-in was extremely low, the person in charge seemes not to be knowledgeable about the process. The rooms were supposed to be paid in full. At the check out they messed up, charging me what I already paid. When I realized the error, nad they the agreed that was an error on their side, they told 15-30 day to reimburse the wrong charges. Really not a very good customer service at the front desk. Restaurant and other areas the service was excellent."
