“Great to have such a peaceful and relaxing getaway like this so close to home in Canberra. Had a great time, and enjoyed the hotub at night (should have brushed up on my fire making skills though!). ”

“We left and asked for a refund. Things they didnt mention - no fires allowed - no toilet (sandpaper toilet) - no power (they have lights but you cant plug in your phone or anything else for that matter - bbq broken”

“The room certainly seemed neglected, curtain hanging off, bed the most uncomfortable bed I have ever experienced, window in bathroom with rotted frame and unable to be closed. Would never recommend to anyone.”

“Bed sheets and pillows were stained and had hair on them. They supply dishwashing liquid that’s was empty. Spoke to reception he gave me a set of new clean sheets and pillowcases but told me dishwashing liquid was out of stock and waiting for delivery. ”

“All staff we had contact with were friendly, efficient and helpful. Off street parking was easy, on the property. Amenities in the room were excellent. ”

“Was a little out of town, and there was roadworks outside the entrance. Didn't see any staff so don't know how they were. Nice room for a reasonable price.”

“We were in room 3 and it felt like the whole room was shaking and thumping to the beat of the DJ’s extremely loud music. The supplied earplugs were very much needed but then I could still feel the whole bed thumping and venting beating to the music. I feel asleep ok thanks to the earplugs but if you can’t wear earplugs I would avoid this hotel. ”
