“Comfy farm stay. Guaranteed to see lots of animals. Was wonderful to open the curtains each morning and watch the wildlife and farm animals grazing outside the door while still in bed. Exploring the farm you will find a lovely view atop the hill or find the flowing creek running through the property. Host was a delight, warm and friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect stay while giving us plenty of privacy. Breakfast included was plentiful, with additional treats provided....

“The air con could not keep room warm enough at night. Mould in the bathroom, doors would jam, cupboards are falling apart, etc. Barely 2 star accommodation. In major need of upgrades and maintenance.”

“Right in town and incredibly comfortable and quiet. The room is big so it was great having the fireplace and later the reverse cycle, so a nice option in winter. Gunderoo is definitely small but it’s an excellent option if you want to stay out of Canberra for the night and the food options are great.”

“There is a small enclosed yard, but it is not attached to the house. Dog had to be on a lead to get to the yard, which was challenging at night. there are many other dogs on the property and although contained, they barked a lot at night. The space did not feel private as there are many other dwellings on the property. Would suit a small dog ok, but not our dog of working breed.”

“An excellent little tiny home on a farm. From the house you cannot see any other people or buildings, but you can hear the noise from the highway (which wasn't bad, just unexpected). The owner was lovely and very responsive, the tiny home was warm and minimalist, and the property was very peaceful. My only suggestion is that they do a good clean as although it was tidy, the crockery and utensils were greasy, and the frypan and saucepan had remnants so had to be washed before use. Just a note...
