Plenty of space for all 4 of us and all was very clean. We took advantage of the washer and dryer before leaving town. Linda was helpful in everything we may have needed. Definitely would recommend this location for visitors to Estes Park. ”

“This home has an amazing location! You can walk to the marina, to campsites, to the local store and even to the Horsetooth Tavern. We had morning coffee on the deck that looks over The Marina. It has Dunning views. We can’t wait to come back again!”

Morrison was a quaint little town and the surrounding area has so much hiking and beauty. Jeff is a very hospitable host and kept in good communications with us throughout our stay. “Very spacious house. Pleanting of things to do even if you wanna just stay in the house. The yard is plenty large for games. Definitely a great place for a large group. Location is excellent every where you wanna go is with in 20 minutes. ”

“Well located property, quiet neighborhood, expansive back yard with front and back porches elevated above street level. Nicely decorated, easy to adapt to. We were able to park 2 cars off street in driveway. No washer and dryer available and limited Television reception. All concerned we had a very positive experience.”

“Saw shows over the weekend at red rocks. Best band in the land, Widespread Panic. Fantastic location. No A/C in July was not an issue. Will be back!”
