“We had a wonderful stay at this property! The place was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The owner was extremely friendly and welcoming. One of the best things about this property is its convenient location near public transportation, which made it very easy for us to travel around and explore the area. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay!”

“Great stay! Had everything we needed and more. Host was responsive and on top of accommodations. Good location to get to all parts of western LA and tons to eat around the area. There was a heat wave while we were staying there and it served as a place of comfort from the heat with AC and plenty of hangout space indoors. 100% recommmend to anyone traveling with kids and big families. The backyard playground was a hit with the kids.”

“Property was just as described, however, It could have been cleaned better; stove looked like it was just wiped with a napkin, furniture was dusty, and the floors were filthy. I wasn't too keen on the idea that there was already a plumbing issue and if we caused any more issues, we would be liable for it.”

“This place as listed as a whole house which it is not. It’s a tiny room you are staying in inside the owners house even though it is advertised as a couples suite. None of the photos listed are of the actual unit but all of the owners house lol. Terrible terrible people that are willing to even pull some stuff like this there was zero privacy. Zero communication. When we got there we were confused as to why the door was locked on the unit with the photos in the listing. Come to find out that was...

“Place is conveniently located and as advertised. The parking in front was available all three days so that was super convenient. The jacuzzi was awesome for a wind down at night and we enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for us and made the trip so free of stress. Will definitely stay here again!”

“What I liked about the the property was it was close to the beach. It could have been cleaner than it was. Also part of the reason I get home to stay in while traveling is to cook my own meals. This property had a poor selection of pans to cook with. Other than that it was a good place to stay.”

“Unique and artsy room, very much in the spirit of "glamping." We originally stayed in Topanga to be close to Malibu at a better rate, but were pleasantly surprised to find Topanga a lot more fun than Malibu, a little gem of a town with great cafes.”
