“Kitchen was mostly stocked. Coffee pot was kind of janky and there were zero condiments or seasonings. Usually there is at least some salt. The water is not good, a there was no filtration of any kind. ”

“Everything from check in to check out was great!! House is as advertised and the views are exceptional. The property manager, Ray, met us there when we arrived to show us the house and where everything is located and how it works which was very helpful. Ray was there at checkout as well to help with anything we needed. Highly recommend!!”

“We had an incredible Memorial Day weekend stay in Avalon! This condo exceeded our expectations and gave us the perfect Catalina experience. The amenities were amazing — we loved snorkeling right outside our doorstep on the private beach, using the mini greens, and enjoying the tennis courts, croquet court, volleyball courts, barbecue areas, heated pool, and spa overlooking the ocean.
