“Good: big space, comfy beds, big TV, good pans, lots of plates, clean, walking distance to businesses, safe area, basic cooking oil, salt, pepper, had a rice maker, easy parking, good fridge (water spout hidden), quiet neighborhood, desk available. Could use improvement: not enough living room seating (one couch), spatula broken, no dish cloths, tiny fruit sized cutting board, not enough silverware for size of the place, no chopsticks (though there’s a specific holder for them), no night stand...
