“We loved the charm and uniqueness of the hobbit house….So fun and magical! Loved hanging in the backyard at the pool and especially eating all our meals outside on the patio and covered patio at night. Highly recommend! Oh….playing pool with family was a blast!”

“This is one of the best places to be at they're very respectful, they check on you to make sure that if you need anything they can accommodate you. the place is very well clean it has accommodations that you probably wouldn't find at other places and they also have a very nice backyard where you can actually chill and relax. Rooms are very comfortable and overall it's one of the best places that I like to go to when I'm in Sacramento California”

“The house was clean, close to shops and the freeway. We were quite comfortable and the house had many amenities that made the stay with my family easy and a great fit. I would suggest some minor upgrades to the cookware and furniture, but overall I really enjoyed the stay and would love to come back again.”

“This place was perfect and everything we needed for our family tip to Sacramento. So many amenities for everyone to enjoy.loved the fresh oranges from the garden area.Host was nice and very welcoming. Can’t wait to visit again. I will be looking for the same place as my #1choice”

“Listing was exactly what we got! Theres a ton of room here, yard was very entertaining (even in winter) and the decoration was very thoughtful. Pool toys and towels available, EV charger, games, and garage access. Our infant used the available crib which was already set up in the huge walk-in closet for us, saving us the use of an additional bedroom. Great set up. Host was ultra responsive and check out was VERY simple. All beds are memory foam which was tricky for some of our older bodies and...

"They made me a charge for $20 unexpected to date they have not returned the deposit the elevator was in bad condition in the hotel looks luxurious but it is not and I think I have hosted the best hotels with better benefits such as breakfast included for less money and I paid more than $35 so that breakfast was included and at the last minute I think that was what they charged me for two people and the staff treats you badly they told me that my reservation did not exist and I only booked that hotel because my boyfriend told me he wanted that hotel when I feel that I know better"
