“This home is pretty much as listed. You're close to major freeways. The layout of the home is nice. There is plenty of space for a group.The communication with the host is good but it was like pulling teeth to get the address and entry info on arrival day. We told them we would be there around 9pm and STILL had to request the info more than once. It would have been nice if the porch lights had been on since it was dark outside.We got a message regarding the rules which is normal. What we found...

“Easy to communicate with our host! All instructions for how to use the amenities, where and how to park were clear and straightforward. The home was comfortable and cozy. ”

“We arrived to check in and they told us the system was down. After driving from Los Angeles, it was 11:30 pm and they gave us the room at 1:30 am. How sad that they treat their customers this way. We stayed 3 nights and they didn't even come to clean. Don't waste your money in this hotel. You'll have a very bad experience.”
