“Adorable craftsman apartment with a great layout. We loved how the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the unit — it worked perfectly for our group, especially with a 22-month-old and a few snorers. It was so fun being within walking distance to the State Capitol building and historic Old Town Sacramento- all within 1/2 mile max!This home is decorated so classy and comfortable with fun pops of color in the artwork! “There was a little bit of miscommunication on check-in with the lock box that keeps the house key. They have a very prominent keypad on the door jam that doesn't work and then one on the door that is the one you're supposed to use. I got in late and didn't see the one on the door so had to call the owner for help. They promptly gave me directions for how to get in the back door. “This place was perfect for what I needed for a quick weekend stay. Location and access to the property was great. Unit and amenities were nice, clean, and well thought out for guests. Highly recommended over hotel room if staying in the area.”

“The check-in process and check-out was smooth and well communicated. The apartment was as described in the pictures and listing. The kitchen facilities well fit my needs for my two month stay for clinical rotations. However, there was an issue with the dishwasher not working that ended up taking half of my stay to get fixed. There was no compensation or apology for this mishap. Otherwise the facility well suited my needs and location was convenient for what I needed. ”
