“Our booking was canceled two hours after check in by the property manager. We had tried to get a hold of the property manager for two days before our booking to find out the check in process with no answer. Finally, two hours after check in time, the manager informed us that this home was no longer a rental and we would need to find other accommodations. He blamed VRBO for not taking down the listing. VRBO did refund the entire cost rather quickly. ”

“OMG this home was such a stunner! We arrived after dark because of the ferry ride, but when we arrived, the house had subdued lighting, relaxing music and some essential oils going. We both walked in and said "Wow, Oh my god"! And it was still dark, so we couldn't see the view, but we could hear it. The master was so comfortable and there was far more amenities and supplies than we used, but it is definitely my favorite VRBO I have stayed in. Owners really, really go that extra mile and...
