“First, I have to say that all communications with Jonathan were excellent. No matter what question I had was immediately answered. The house was as described, very clean and had everything needed for a relaxed stay.Boating, don't expect to bring your own boat as the marsh is very shallow. “This place is nice! Even if the weather isn’t great, you still get to enjoy the view from the kitchen/living/dining room area. The kitchen is fully stocked and had everything we needed to host a family meal. The beds are comfortable. All the shared rooms have dimmers for the lights which was a nice touch. It has all the amenities we were looking for (Large bedrooms, beautiful decor throughout, stainless steel appliances, front porch and a deck in the back) and this is just the beginning. The fence in backyard made my Boopy (My Shih Tzu) think he was in heaven because he could run around without being leashed. Also did I mention it was just short ride to the beach? All in all, we give this property 5 STARS. We will definitely come back again next year.”
